How this works

One live board for the whole race. Everyone with this link sees the same thing, updating in real time.

List is for planning. Add volunteers to the pool, then drag names onto stations. A red count means the station is still short, green means covered. Every station also has an Assign from pool menu, no dragging needed.

Map is the same info on the course. Pin colors match the list. Click any pin to see who is assigned there. Turn on Move pins to drag one to its exact spot.

Race-day check-in is for the morning of. Tap a name when that person shows up.

Add at the top creates a new station (needs people) or a map point (a turn, parking, an access spot). Every card has an Edit button to change its name, note, or headcount.

The race menu in the top bar switches between races. New race can start as a copy of the current one, stations and pins included, so setting up next year takes minutes. In the Map tab, Add course from GPX draws a new race's course lines.

Changes save automatically. Reopen this anytime with the How it works button up top.

Connect live sync

The map needs your Google Maps key. Live sync across you, Jordan, and anyone with the link needs Supabase. Everything works locally without these; add them when ready.

Uses the same table id board as before. New setup? Run the board's SQL step first.

Share link includes the connection, so whoever opens it is synced instantly with no setup. Send it privately to race staff only.
